Deliziando Italian Food Festival

19-29 April

The Deliziando Italian Food Festival is now open at the Melia White House hotel, situated just round the corner from Great Portland Street station.

The festival, which is running between 19 and 29 of April is a celebration of cuisine from the Emilia-Romagna province of Italy. The area is famous for many foodstuffs, including Parma ham, Parmigiano Reggiano (better known as Parmesan cheese), Grana Padano cheese and of course, the classic bolognese sauce, so we can be sure to expect great things.

The Melia White House hotel will be hosting a number of events in its various restaurants throughout the festival period in order to show off the best gastronomic delights that Emilia-Romagna has to offer.

These include events such as a wine show, which will be taking place daily between 7pm and 9pm in the hotel's VIP area, The Level Lounge; as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner servings with dishes and ingredients sourced from the region. Finally they will be serving a variety of aperitivando between 4pm and 7pm in bars and restaurants throughout the hotel, including The Place, The Level Lounge and Longford's Bar and Terrace.

The food promises to be excellent, but will only be available for a short time, so get yourselves along to the Melia White House hotel and sample some fantastic dishes from one of Italy's best culinary regions.
