Bukhara pop up restaurant

Recognised as one of the world’s best Indian restaurants, the critically-acclaimed Delhi restaurant Bukhara will popping up at the Sheraton Park Tower, Knightsbridge for two weeks every night between 17 May and 1 June.

The event will be a truly gourmet experience, hosted both inside and out, with distinguished Chef Manjit Gill introducing guests, residents and the local community to signature dishes, including Sikandari Raan (a whole leg of spring lamb marinated in a mixture of malt vinegar, cinnamon and black cumin, braised in the marinade, skewered and then finished in a tandoor), Murgh Malai Kebab (creamy chicken kebab), Tandoori Jhinga (jumbo prawns marinated in an ajwain flavoured mixture of yoghurt, red chillies, turmeric and flavoured with garam masala, skewered and roasted over charcoal fire), and the not-to-be-missed Dal Bukhara (a combination of whole black lentils, tomatoes, ginger and garlic slow-cooked over coals for 18 hours).

Diners can choose between the meat and seafood tasting menu at £79, or the vegetarian tasting menu at £59.

Bukhara pop up will be open for dinner between 6.30-10.30pm from Thursday 17 May to Friday 1 June.
